Ginger Bread

This was an awesome tasting bread, but then I really like ginger.  Everyone always wants to know how things turn out perfect every time, well they don't.  If you look at picture two you'll see that the centers dropped and that happens from time to time.  But if you are serving it to people, look at my third picture where I simply sliced it up into smaller pieces and you'd never know the center dropped.  Plus it makes it easier to take a slice and mingle.
